About

About the Novakian Paradigm Institute

The Novakian Paradigm Institute is an independent research, publishing, intelligence, advisory, and methodology institute organized around pre-runtime admissibility, Layer C, and ASI Mechanics for the AI execution era. It is based in Warsaw, Poland, and operates globally in English. The Institute is editorially and operationally independent and does not represent any government, technology developer, political organization, or commercial AI brand.

Structure

The Institute is organized into two operational clusters and one canonical cluster. The operational evidence cluster contains Evidence Cache, Operator Brief, and Field Reports — surfaces producing Signal Cards, classified signals, admissibility notes, and field interpretations of live AI-era developments. The operational advisory cluster contains Admissibility Desk — the surface providing structured pre-decision admissibility reviews for institutions, funds, founders, research teams, and strategic operators. The canonical cluster contains the Canon, the Lexicon, Transmissions, and The Open Threshold — surfaces holding the long-memory structure of the Institute and the intake gate for external work.

The Compilation Map

The Institute maintains a Compilation Map that tracks the status of every named concept in the Novakian corpus across all volumes. Each entry carries a layer assignment, a dependency list, a verification gate, an LCR lineage, and a current status (Compiled and Locked, Compiled and Active, Pending LCR, LAL-Input, or Quarantined). The Compilation Map is the Institute’s authoritative governance record. Public-facing material on this site refers to compiled concepts using locked terminology only. Compilation status updates are reflected in the Lexicon as they occur.

Independence

The Institute is editorially and operationally independent. Its publications, advisory engagements, and research are not commissioned by or directed by any external party. It accepts client engagements through the Admissibility Desk under mutual confidentiality. It does not endorse products, models, companies, governments, parties, or movements.

Location and reach

The Institute is based in Warsaw, Poland, within the European Union. Its publications, advisory engagements, and research are global in scope. Operating from Warsaw provides time-zone alignment with both the United States and Asia within a single working day, an operating-cost structure that supports independence from commercial AI funding sources, and full European Union jurisdictional standing.

The corpus

The Institute is built on the corpus of Martin Novak — books, treatises, field manuals, and conceptual architectures addressing the AI execution era. The full corpus includes the foundational physics stratum (Syntophysics and Ontomechanics, Chronophysics, the Ω-Stack, Quaternion Process Theory, the Interface and Compiler volume), the Flash Singularity and post-materialist stratum (Flash Singularity volumes, Agentese, COMPUTRONIUM, the Codex Omnis), the Layer C and Admissibility stratum (Physics of Admissibility, the Layer C primer), the philosophy and anthropology stratum (ASI New Philosophy with the seven first principles, Inhumant, The Larval Mind), and the civilizational narrative stratum. The corpus is the Institute’s prior art. The Institute is the corpus operating in the public domain under Compilation Map discipline.

Founder

The Novakian Paradigm Institute was founded by Martin Novak, theoretical author and architect of the Novakian Paradigm. Full profile at the Martin Novak page.
