Admissibility Desk
Admissibility Desk is the Institute’s advisory surface for organizations and individuals facing high-stakes decisions in the AI execution era. It provides structured pre-decision admissibility reviews before a claim, deployment, report, investment, or strategic decision becomes a commitment that subsequent decisions must operate within. The Desk does not replace legal counsel, technical security review, financial due diligence, or domain expertise. It operates one layer upstream of all of them.
What an Admissibility Review examines
A structured Admissibility Review examines the decision architecture itself. What is the evidence structure of this decision. What is missing from that structure. What is being inferred rather than established. What is irreversible if this proceeds. What has been overclaimed. What dependencies are load-bearing that should not be load-bearing. What should be held in Pre-Commit Quarantine before the commitment is allowed to become real. The review does not assess whether a decision will succeed. It assesses whether the decision has the right to enter the field in which success or failure would be measurable.

What an Admissibility Review produces
A structured written report. The report contains the admissibility status assessment, the evidence map (what is established, what is inferred, what is missing), the inference gap analysis, the irreversibility note (what cannot be undone if the decision proceeds), the Pre-Commit Quarantine recommendation (what should be held back and for how long), and the Layer C reading (where in the admissibility topology the decision currently sits). Where appropriate the report includes a draft Evidence Ledger entry the requesting party can adopt internally to maintain trace discipline.
What the Desk does not do
The Desk does not guarantee outcomes. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, regulatory, or technical certification. It does not replace domain expertise in any field. It does not produce predictions. It does not endorse or oppose specific AI products, models, or companies. It does not perform compliance audits. It does not operate as an arbiter between commercial parties. The function is structural — to examine whether the decision architecture is sound before a commitment is made, not to make the commitment on the requesting party’s behalf.

To request an Admissibility Review, contact the Institute at contact@novakian.com with a brief description of the decision, claim, deployment, or commitment requiring review, the intended scope of the review, the relevant timeline, and any non-confidential context that helps the Desk assess fit. The Desk reviews all serious inquiries but accepts engagements selectively. Confidentiality is mutual and standard. The Institute does not publish client identities or review contents without explicit permission.
